At VDS we understand the need for the perfect venue and surroundings to maximise your time out of the office.
All we need from you is as much detail as possible about your brief, either by phone, email or you could complete the brief form on the contacts page.

We will then start our research and produce a detailed proposal which will give you the costs and availability and an overview of each property. We will also hold the space on your behalf to ensure the price and space is guaranteed for a period of time until you can make a decision.
We can also coordinate and attend site inspections if you wish.
Once you have chosen your preferred venue, we will complete a further round of negotiations on price and terms and conditions, then ask the venue to raise a contract to you for sign off. Then it’s over to you to liaise on the menus and agenda and special requests!
